While the tenant remained in situ, essential compliance and safety works were carried out to ensure the property was secure and habitable. A full refurbishment was not feasible during this period due to occupancy.

Following the tenant's relocation, a full refurbishment was completed within a four-week timeframe, bringing the property up to modern standards and significantly improving its condition and long-term value.
