What is fixed-return property investment?

Fixed-return property investment allows you to invest capital into property projects in exchange for a pre-agreed return. Unlike traditional buy-to-let where returns depend on rental income and market conditions, your return rate is fixed from the start. This gives you predictability and removes the hassle of property management.

How is my investment secured?

Your investment is backed by real property assets. We use various security mechanisms depending on the specific investment, which may include legal charges over property, personal guarantees, and formal loan agreements. All terms are clearly documented in legally binding contracts reviewed by solicitors. We're happy to discuss specific security arrangements during your consultation.

What are the minimum investment amounts?

Minimum investment amounts vary depending on the current opportunities available. We work with investors at various levels and can discuss what's currently available during your initial consultation. Contact us to learn about our current investment opportunities and minimum requirements.

How and when do I receive returns?

Return payment schedules are flexible and agreed upon at the start of your investment. Options typically include:

Monthly payments: Regular income throughout the term

Quarterly payments: Larger payments every three months

End of term: Full returns paid alongside your capital at maturity

We'll work with you to find the payment schedule that best suits your needs.

What happens at the end of the investment term?

At the end of your agreed term, you'll receive your full capital back plus any remaining returns due. Many of our investors choose to reinvest with us—either the same amount, a different amount, or on different terms. There's no obligation to continue, and you're free to withdraw your capital completely. We'll be in touch before your term ends to discuss your options.

Is my capital at risk?

As with any investment, there is inherent risk. However, we take multiple steps to protect your capital:

Can I withdraw my investment early?

Our investments are structured around specific property projects with defined timelines. Early withdrawal is generally not available as funds are deployed into property development. However, we understand circumstances can change, so please discuss your situation with us if needed. We'll always try to find a workable solution.

Who can invest?
